What is the #1 Anti-inflammatory Food?

A recent study by scientists at the University of Oxford showed that women with larger behinds have fewer chances of developing chronic diseases, and are apparently smarter than those with smaller or average-sized behinds. The study showed that women with larger behinds have lower levels of cholesterol because of their hormones, which contributes to the faster procession of sugar.

Furthermore, it was concluded that these women have a smaller risk of diabetes or cardiovascular conditions in comparison with the other group. These benefits are thanks to their excess Omega-3 fatty acids. Their brain function is also improved by these Omega-3 fatty acids.

The leader of the study, Professor Konstantinos Manolopoulos, stated for ABC News that women with more fat on their behinds have lower glucose and cholesterol levels.

The study involved over 16.000 women and this information is based on all of them.

Possessing a larger behind is also beneficial for the levels of the hormone which regulates weight, leptin, in a female body.

It is also beneficial for the level of the hormone with vascular-protective, anti-inflammatory, and anti-diabetic properties, called dinopectina.

The buttock adipose tissue traps dangerous fatty particles and protects from cardiovascular disease.

Universities in Pittsburgh and California have conducted similar studies, which apparently showed similar results.

They concluded that women with larger behinds, smaller waists, and wide hips might even have increased life expectancy.
