In a pan, heat the water and when it starts simmering, add the peppercorns and ginger. Cover the pan and leave the mixture to boil for one minute and then lower the heat. Let it simmer for 5-7 minutes until it becomes pale yellow. Then strain the mixture and add the honey. Drink this mixture 2-3 times a day, and you feel instant relief.
Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar alkalizes the body and controls the pH balance thus preventing excess production of mucus in the body.
