Take This Short Quiz To Determine Your Body Toxicity Risk

Medical researchers at Exeter University have discovered that hydrogen sulfide (the gas produced when you fart) may have significant health benefits when restricted to small quantities compared to when the gas is in large doses.

They now claim that the gas (which is naturally produced when stomach bacteria breaks down food), may contribute in slowing down or even eliminating cell damage that causes cancer.

Besides this, reports depict that smaller quantities of hydrogen sulfide may prevent stroke, heart disease and Alzheimer’s in individuals who are prone to suffering from these conditions.

The moment body cells become stressed, they will try to draw in enzymes so they can synthesize their own hydrogen sulfide.

The gas is said to preserve cell mitochondria, a unit that is responsible for energy production inside body cells. Mitochondria also regulates cell inflammation, and without it being an integral part of the cell function, the cells eventually die because they cannot sustain themselves.

Today, researchers have discovered a compound dubbed AP 39. This compound is meant to help the body produce the right doses of hydrogen sulfide to sustain its key cell functions. And with the help of AP 39, they now believe that mitochondria damage will be a thing of the past. This is very crucial when it comes to combating conditions like diabetes, Choki, heart attack, dementia and even the process of aging.

According to professor Matt Whiteman of Exeter University medical school, cells tend to draw in enzymes when they are stressed, and this is meant to help them create small doses of the gas to facilitate their functions in the body.

As a result, mitochondria remains active to sustain cell function necessary for sustaining human survival. This also has the effect of combating cell inflammation so they can remain as healthy as possible.

Because of the value of hydrogen sulfide on the human cell, Professor Matt Whiteman and his team are now certain that if cells are treated with this gas in small amounts, it can sustain them for a longer period of time, thus keeping them healthy.

However, before AP 39 was announced, several disease models were tested on animals to ascertain its effectiveness. The results turned positive, and have since been published in the Medicinal Chemistry Communications journal. They show that up to 80% of mitochondria may survive in a highly destructive cell environment associated with conditions like cardiovascular disease.

To add to the evidence that farts can cure cancer, Alzheimer’s and Heart Attack, another researcher named Dr. Mark Wood stated that even though this gas smelled like rotten egg, it had some tremendous health benefits which could revolutionize treatment of diseases in the near future.
