Onion VS Pineapple?
What is the #1 Anti-inflammatory Food?

Garlic has been used for its medicinal properties for hundreds of years. This is a powerful vegetable that comes with a myriad of benefits to our health. Garlic can eliminate many diseases and we will mention just a few of them:

Excessive fungal growth in the oral cavity or Thrush;Yeast or Candida infection;Helicobacter Pylori infection;Klebsiella infection;Vibrio infection;MRSA or Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus;HIV-1 infection;Mycotoxin-linked aflatoxicosis;Type B streptococcus infection;Cytomegalovirus infection;Pseudomonas Aerigonosima (drug-resistant strains too);Viral infections including vaccinia virus, human rhinovirus type 2, vesicular stomatitis virus, parainfluenza virus type 3, herpes simplex (both 1 and 2);Clostridium infection and mycobacterium tuberculosis.

This list contains only a limited number of health problems that garlic can eliminate thanks to its strong properties to kill an infection.

Garlic can also be used to prevent and heal cancer and this is not a new practice. The truth is that the ancient physician Hippocrates advised people to consume large quantities of garlic (crushed) to cure cancer.

In case you want to try treating cancer with the help of this amazing vegetable, you must use at least six crushed cloves of garlic daily. One pod of garlic usually comes with a dozen of cloves.

Keep in mind that you should leave the cloves for about 15 minutes after you crush them. In this period, the garlic will release the most important enzyme known as alliinase. This enzyme is responsible for the production of anti-cancer substances and compounds.

Of course, you can always consume cooked or raw garlic placed in sandwiches, salads, and other dishes, but several studies have shown that in this way you won’t be able to feel the true power of garlic.

This vegetable is present in many scientific studies and medical literature too. The National Library of Medicine or their database called MEDLINE includes more than 4000 study abstracts dedicated to garlic.

If we take a close look at these abstracts we will conclude that garlic is a very important ingredient when it comes to the prevention and treatment of more than one hundred health conditions including diabetes, cancer, plaque accumulation in the arteries, mercury poisoning, liver problems, and DNA damage.

In addition, research published on the popular More Fit website has shown that garlic provides positive effects on more than 150 disease signs and symptoms or health issues, but the vast majority of these studies are focused on the positive effects of garlic in cases of cancers and cardiovascular disease which are one of the most common reasons for fatalities in the world, especially in developed countries.

Low-cost, completely natural, tested, and tasty spices and remedies like garlic can save people’s lives, so it is no surprise why they were valued so much in the past.

Today, even though some people have acknowledged the benefits of garlic and other similar foods, it looks like doctors still feel more convenient when they are prescribing pharmaceutical drugs. But, this doesn’t mean that you should not try to heal yourself with the help of Mother Nature. Include garlic and other beneficial vegetables, spices, and fruits in your diet.
