Chocolate Avocado Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:1/2 cup mashed avocado1/2 cup of turbinado sugar1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract1 teaspoon cider vinegar1/2 teaspoon of baking powder2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder1 teaspoon cinnamon3/4 cup of gluten free flour100g bag dark chocolate chipsDirections:Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Mix together mashed avocado and sugar. Add vanilla extract, cider vinegar, baking powder and cocoa powder. Add flour and mix till smooth. Incorporate chocolate chips by folding through mixture.Place tablespoons of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and flatten slightly.Bake for 15 minutes. Turn the baking sheet around. Bake for another 5 minutes.Take out of the oven and wait for 3-4 minutes before putting on a rack to cool completely.Makes about 12 cookies.
