Urine smell?
Take This Quiz To Reveal Your Urine Risk Level

There was probably a time when you have treated your backache, headache, or other body pain with drugs based on Ibuprofen (Nurofen, Motrin, Advil & Nuprin), right?

Although Ibuprofen reduces any type of pain, it does it only temporarily, without solving the root causes inside your body.

Plus, it comes with various side effects like high blood pressure, diarrhea, erectile dysfunction, gastrointestinal bleeding, nausea, increased risk of heart attack, kidney cancer, etc.

Luckily, Mother Nature was good enough to give us the remedy that can treat all of these problems. Its name is – turmeric.

This natural ingredient acts very mildly yet efficiently, unlike ibuprofen and similar NSAIDs which hinder the COX – 2 enzyme, thus leading to further inflammation.

The active compound in turmeric, called curcumin, provides exceptional health benefits. Turmeric tea is one of the most ancient, effective, and healthy remedies used to eliminate pain and inflammation.

However, pregnant and breastfeeding women shouldn’t consume this tea.

Turmeric relaxes the body by healing the aching joints and muscles.

In this post, you will see how to prepare turmeric tea, and boost its effects by adding other beneficial ingredients.
