You might feel a bit lazy to prepare a healthy breakfast every morning. However, it does not mean that you should eat some unhealthy option or just skip your meal. Luckily, you can prepare some super healthy options the night before which will stay fresh the next morning.

Healthy Breakfasts You Can Prepare the Night Before

1. Berry Pancakes

Make some delicious pancake bites with berries depending on your choice (blueberries, strawberries, and cranberries). These pancakes are not only delicious but are very easy to make.

The Ingredients You Need:

2 teaspoons of sugar1 cup of flour2 tablespoons of melted butter½ cup of milk1 beaten egg1 teaspoon of baking powder½ teaspoon of vanilla½ cup of chopped berries

1. Heat the oven to 375°F.

12 large eggs1 medium sliced onion2 cups of spinach leaves or torn kale leaves1 cooled and diced baked potato¼ cup chopped black or green olives2 thin sliced, roasted red peppers½ cup of grated cheddar cheese¼ cup of grated parmesan2 tablespoons of butter2 dashes of hot sauce (optional)Black pepper and salt

Instructions:

1. First, heat the oven to 375°F.

2. Beat the eggs and then add pepper, salt, and grated cheese. If you use hot sauce, add it to this point.

3. In some large non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onions and frequently stir until they become soft and golden.

4. Then add the potato, pepper, and salt and let all of the ingredients cook for some time. Add kale and stir the mixture for 1 minute. Finally, add the olives and red peppers.
